Up our mental game (part 1)

One of the major challenges we face: managing our mental state during competitions. Our training shots can be good, but once scoring or IKO starts, we struggle.

Check out part 1 of “Upping our mental game”, looking at some causes of that mental stress, and 1 quick tip on how to manage it.
