1.      What brands do you carry?

I am a direct dealer of RamRods and Angel archery products. I am proud to bring these quality and high performance equipment to you. The website lists the equipment I recommend based on price, quality and performance, though I can bring in many more. Just slide into my DMs.

2.      What are in stock?

Popular things like vanes, arrows, Shibuya sight and arrow rest are in stock. It requires capital to keep stock so I have to be selective. Please do refer to the website or check with me to see what is in stock or how long a lead time is required. Please note that special and custom orders require a deposit of 50% and it will be made known to you.

3.      Retail store location?

I am operating from my home and hence there is no retail store location. If you have specific items in mind, please let me know and we can arrange a time & place to view them.

4.      Delivery times? Collection?

I’m offering free delivery for all addresses within Singapore. In-stock items will be delivered within 1-4 working days depending on the delivery service provider. Self-collection is also available at Bukit Batok, Hillview MRT station or at my place. You’ll most likely be meeting my dad.

5.      What about other archery items?

1. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For SG orders, we use PayNow. For international orders, we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are fulfilled. Please WhatsApp or contact us as soon as possible for any changes.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Local orders will take 3 days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to multiple countries. Check our Shipping Information page for details.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track it through our Order Tracking Page.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Visit our Return Policy for full details.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


4. Products & Warranty

Q: How do I choose the right bow for me?
A: It depends on your experience level and purpose (target shooting, hunting, competition). Check out our Buyer's Guide or contact us for expert advice!

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your products?
A: Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience an issue, please contact us for assistance.
